An Automatic Tube Cartoning Machine automates the final stage of packaging after tube filling & sealing: 

1. Carton Feeding & Opening – Cartons are taken from a magazine and opened automatically.
    
2. Tube Insertion – Filled and sealed tubes (toothpaste, cream, gel, etc.) are inserted into cartons either singly or in configured packs.
    
3. Leaflet Insertion (optional) – Some models can also insert pre-folded booklets/leaflets before tube placement.
    
4. Carton Closing & Tucking/Sealing – Cartons are closed and sealed automatically.
    
5. Output Conveyor – Completed cartons are discharged for secondary packaging or further handling.
